It took all of two promos for Daniel Bryan to fully embrace being a heel. Bryan took his speech after winning the WWE Championship and cracked it up to 100 this week on SmackDown.
Appearing on Miz TV, Bryan had the SmackDown live crowd in Austin, Texas eating out his hand. By the end of the segment Bryan gave fans absolutely no reason to cheer him. It was beautiful work by Bryan and Miz played his role of subtle button pusher perfectly.

Bryan’s work as the ‘well actually’, environmentally and socially woke heel in 2018 just hits on all the right notes.
