Tom Zenk‘s cause of death has been determined by the coroner and heart issues were to blame.
A rep for the Hennepin County Medical Examiner tells us Zenk’s death was caused by arteriosclerotic heart disease – which is hardening and/or narrowing of the arteries — and an enlarged heart.
As we previously reported, the wrestler passed away in December.
Zenk was best known as a member of the Can Am Connection tag team in WWF from 1986 – 1987 and as Z-Man in WCW from 1989 – 1994.
He was 59-years-old.
